As the Ridge Kids Elementary Director, you would carry out this vision in our RidgeKids environments and your strategy. The Ridge Kids Elementary Director ensures that the kids ministry runs effectively, parents are equipped, and volunteers are supported. 

As the Next Gen Director, you would oversee all aspects of ministry to families at North Ridge Church, from birth through young adults.
This role personally leads the North Ridge Students ministry. 

The Worship Director oversees all aspects of music, worship, and team development for North Ridge Church; leads the worship culture and oversees all aspects of music in adult services.
